Dolapo Adejuyigbe is a co-founder of Traction, a startup focused on empowering businesses with innovative technology solutions that enable business owners to effectively manage and grow their business operations. The vision for Traction is to be the growth partner for African MSMEs in every area of their business, including payment solutions, business tools, credit facilities and community building.   Dolapo is leveraging his 14 years of experience across multiple sectors, including startups, research, and consulting, with 7 of those years with McKinsey & Company across Africa and the Middle East. At McKinsey, Dolapo focused on SME financial services and financial inclusion across emerging markets.   As part of his experience, he co-founded a B2C fintech in Ghana focused on savings and wealth management. Dolapo was also the COO at Gokada - a ride-hailing startup in Nigeria. Dolapo’s interests mainly lie in financial inclusion, platform aggregation, and distribution optimization, leveraging innovation and technology.   Dolapo holds a BCom (Hons) in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town, and a BA degree in Psychology and Communications.

Her dreams of transferring ideas and thoughts to paper took her to media powerhouse, BellaNaija in 2013 as its Beauty & Style Editorial Assistant for 3 years, and later threw her into the world of entrepreneurship where she established Pen-Shy Relations - a boutique content creation agency designed to guide brands in bringing their ideas to life. Along the way she found more ways to express ideas; as the Digital Manager and later Assistant Editor of TW Magazine and today as an Events Specialist, Social Marketing Expert and Project Manager at Huce Valeris. Lamide Akintobi is an award winning journalist and television personality with over 15 years of experience in front of and behind the camera. She has a B.A in Broadcast Journalism & Spanish and an M.A in International Journalism. Having worked as a news anchor, producer and TV host at various organizations including Channels TV, TVC News and Ebonylife TV, she also runs a media services company called Something Special Media Productions, and is a multi-platform producer for CNN International, producing and managing features around Africa. She loves travel, reading, sewing and is currently learning Hindi on Duolingo!

Abiola  Abiola Mary  hails from Ado-Ekiti In Ekiti  State,  she obtained her Higher National Diploma from  Federal Polythechnics Ado-Ekiti  in 1998 and  also possess a Master’s degree in  Environmental Management  from the Lagos State University, Lagos.  And other Safety certification She joined the Lagos State Civil service in year 2002  and has worked in various Ministry as  a regulator in both Mining and Dredging sectors across the State.  She was redeployed to Lagos State Safety Commission in 2020 and currently an Assistant Director and Head of Spas and Gym Sector in Public Safety Department.
