Olufunke Tonye-Preghafi is the Chief Experience Officer and Founder of Blot Beauty Cosmetics LLC, a company she established in 2016 to cater to the needs of multicultural women. With a background in Banking & Finance, Accountancy, and an MBA in Business, she possesses a strong academic foundation. Olufunke has also obtained various certifications in Beauty Therapy and Permanent Makeup from prestigious institutions.

Over her 10-year professional career, which included working in the Oil, Energy, and Maritime industry, she simultaneously built her beauty company, Gifty's Daughter Beauty Ltd. Her exceptional achievements, such as winning the 'Beauty Entrepreneur of the Year 2019' award, reflect her expertise in the beauty industry and her dedication to excellence.In 2016, Olufunke founded Blot Beauty, a brand known for its innovative beauty technology and commitment to inclusivity. The brand has received accolades and recognition globally, including being a finalist in the Pure Beauty Global Awards. Olufunke's leadership and contributions to the beauty industry have earned her awards for entrepreneurial excellence.

Notably, she was the only African Beauty Brand to participate in the Credo 2022 cohort, a beauty accelerator focused on retail and sustainability. Abiola  Abiola Mary  hails from Ado-Ekiti In Ekiti  State,  she obtained her Higher National Diploma from  Federal Polythechnics Ado-Ekiti  in 1998 and  also possess a Master’s degree in  Environmental Management  from the Lagos State University, Lagos.  And other Safety certification She joined the Lagos State Civil service in year 2002  and has worked in various Ministry as  a regulator in both Mining and Dredging sectors across the State.  She was redeployed to Lagos State Safety Commission in 2020 and currently an Assistant Director and Head of Spas and Gym Sector in Public Safety Department. Mariam Lawani is a multiple award-winning environmental enthusiast. Ngozy Ezeka- Atta is a licensed Cosmetic Scientist/ Chemist, Medical Aesthetician and the founder of Jagabeauty and SKINN Aesthetic Clinic, a leading skincare brand in Nigeria. She is a graduate of English Literature from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria- Kaduna state, Nigeria.   She began her career as a makeup artist in 2007 and established the Jagabeauty Makeup Studio & Academy in 2010, training over 500 individuals as makeup artists. Dolapo Adejuyigbe is a co-founder of Traction, a startup focused on empowering businesses with innovative technology solutions that enable business owners to effectively manage and grow their business operations. The vision for Traction is to be the growth partner for African MSMEs in every area of their business, including payment solutions, business tools, credit facilities and community building.   Dolapo is leveraging his 14 years of experience across multiple sectors, including startups, research, and consulting, with 7 of those years with McKinsey & Company across Africa and the Middle East. At McKinsey, Dolapo focused on SME financial services and financial inclusion across emerging markets.   As part of his experience, he co-founded a B2C fintech in Ghana focused on savings and wealth management. Dolapo was also the COO at Gokada - a ride-hailing startup in Nigeria. Dolapo’s interests mainly lie in financial inclusion, platform aggregation, and distribution optimization, leveraging innovation and technology.   Dolapo holds a BCom (Hons) in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town, and a BA degree in Psychology and Communications.
